Touch Up Policies

Perfection Visit Policies

*If you do not show up to or cancel your included follow up within 72 hours hours, it will be the normal touch up cost to reschedule.

 

*Included follow ups must be within 6-8 weeks from your first appointment. If you push your appointment out further than 6-8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary; the longer time passes from your first appointment without the included follow up, the more fading occurs to any spots that would have been perfected at the included visit. Because of the additional fading, more work and time is required and is not complimentary.

In-Studio Policies

*NO PERSONS UNDER THE LEGAL AGE OF 18 IN THE STUDIO (as per Rhode Island state law).

*Please refrain from taking phone calls or playing audio on your phone while in our studio.

We strive to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all clients, as well as respect their privacy. 

If you answer a call, you will be politely asked to step outside. This also applies to our client's guests.

Tattooing Policies

*If you are pregnant, you cannot be tattooed.

*If you are breastfeeding, you cannot be tattooed with numbing and you will need a doctor's note approving you to have the procedure.

*If you are using/have used Latisse or any form of lash growth serum on your brows or lashes within the last six months, please notify us immediately. You may be required to discontinue use and reschedule your appointment (this varies on the brand used and the frequency of use).

*If you have ever had an allergic reaction to tattoo pigments in the past, please notify us immediately.

A complimentary patch test may be required before your appointment.

 

*Please refrain from wearing perfume, essential oils or smoking before your appointment.

*A valid ID must be provided at your appointment.

If you do not bring a valid ID with you, we cannot tattoo you.

You will lose your deposit and have to reschedule your appointment. 

Appointment Policies

*All appointments for touch ups require a non-refundable deposit.

The deposit is determined by service.

*All deposits are due within 48 hours of scheduling your touch up appointment.

 

*Deposits not paid within 48 hours will result in your touch up appointment time being cancelled.​

Notice may not be given of cancellation.

 

*All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

*All services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

*72 hours (3 days) notice must be given for rescheduling an appointment in order to transfer your deposit.  Last minute cancellations for any reason will result in a lost deposit.

*If you arrive or are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, you WILL have to be rescheduled and you WILL lose your deposit.

You will need an additional deposit in order to schedule a future appointment.

Please plan your driving route ahead of time and account for traffic and weather

 

*If you do not call to reschedule your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to put down a new deposit upon rescheduling.

*If you cancel or reschedule a touch up appointment (with or without proper notice), the price may be adjusted based upon length of time since your last appointment. 

Payment Policies

*Deposits may be paid by cash, check or card.

Remaining balances are cash ONLY (due at the time of visit).

*If using a card for your deposit, all credit card card/bank card charges have an additional 3.3% bank fee added.

*We are always so thankful if you love and enjoy your service. If you would like to leave your artist a tip, it is cash or check only.

*If redeeming a gift certificate, cancellation of your appointment within 72 hours or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your redeemed certificate.
